Yast Time tracking
The following updates where published to Yast Sunday 18.th July
– Multiple Signup and payment for multiple users.
It is now possible to sign up and pay for many users at the same time. This is practical for companies where management pays for premium accounts or sign up their users to use Yast. If a company wants to pay for already existing Yast users, just list their user names and Yast will turn their account into premium accounts. Follow this link and press “buy” to open the multiple signup form.
– Sharing of projects
is a 100% premium functionality the way it has always been intended to. Previously, free accounts where able to track time on projects shared from one premium account. This was available since there where no easy way to pay for many users at a time. Now, with our multiple signup form, it is possible to pay for many user. If you experience problems when tracking hours to a shared document, you must either start your trial period, purchase a premium account or notify the administrator of a shared project that he/she needs to purchase a premium account for you.
– Yast Calls
Yast launches its first mobile app this tuesday, and makes it easy to track the time of conversations over the phone. Yast Calls will make the length of your conversations show up in the time bar. Yast has in general been updated to integrate perfectly with Yast Calls.
– Yast Mobile
We are working on a mobile version for time tracking, but for those of you who can not wait any longer. Go to http://www.yast.com/indexMob.php with your phone. Remember to give us feedback and ideas.
More options for reports. Sort the report on either week, project, user or type (regular work hour or telephone call. Telephone calls will be relevant in two days when we launch yast.com/calls). Make reports for incoming and outgoing mobile phone conversations.
Yast.com will now have the native language as default in countries where there exists a translated version of Yast to that particular language. For now that includes countries that speaks English, German, Spanish, French, Dutch and Norwegian. Open the settings tab and choose language.
